Aron Johannsson (AZ Alkmaar - Netherlands)

Aron Johannsson was a starter and played the entire first half for AZ Alkmaar in their Eredivisie match against Vitesse Arnhem on Tuesday night. Johannsson managed to set up the first goal and scored the second to send his team to the break with a 0-2 lead. Johannsson was replaced by Denni Avdic at halftime. 

The American striker has 13 goals to his name in the league and holds the third spot as the most prolific footballer in Dutch football.

Geoff Cameron (Stoke City - England)

Geoff Cameron was in the starting lineup and played all 90 minutes in Stoke City’s historic 2-1 win over Manchester United. This is the first win by Stoke over United since 1984.

Clint Dempsey (Fulham - England)

Clint Dempsey was a starter and played the whole 120 minutes in Fulham’s FA Cup 4th round replay loss to third-tier Sheffield United. The regular 90 minutes ended in a 0-0 draw with the lower division team grabbing a late winner in the 120th minute in extra time. Dempsey was a second half substitute in Fulham’s home loss to Southampton by a score of 0-3.

Jozy Altidore (Sunderland - England)

Jozy Altidore was a starter and played all of the 90 minutes in his club's big 0-3 away win over Sunderland’s biggest rivals Newcastle United in the North East Derby.

Tim Howard (Everton - England)

Tim Howard was the starting goalkeeper and played all of the 90 minutes in his side’s 2-1 win over Aston Villa.

Brad Guzan (Aston Villa - England)

In the same match against his fellow countryman, Brad Guzan was the starting goalkeeper for Aston Villa who suffered a 2-1 loss to Tim Howard’s Everton.
